换一批摘要间充质干细胞(MSC)具有低的免疫原性和特异的组织趋向性,并且取材方便、体外扩增能力强,因而成为理想的工程细胞.修饰MSC使其表达特定的抗癌分子,或者将其作为靶向抗癌的一个载体成为近几年肿瘤生物治疗研究的热点.MSC在肿瘤生物治疗方面的应用显示着很大的潜力.

abstractsMesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are oonsidered as the ideal engineering cells because of their accesibility, their in vitro amplification capacity, low immunogenicity and their tendency toward the tissues. Modification of these cells to express specific anti-cancer molecules or to be a vector for targeted anticancer therapy become a hotspot of biological therapy in recent years. The continual development of MSC study shows great advantage as biological treatment on tumor.
