摘要淋巴细胞亚群、肿瘤相关巨噬细胞等作为肿瘤微环境中主要的免疫细胞,与其分泌的细胞因子相互作用共同构成免疫微环境,已成为宫颈癌复发转移的重要参与者,亦可影响宫颈癌同步放化疗的敏感性,进而影响患者的疗效和预后。近年来以免疫微环境为基础的宫颈癌免疫和靶向治疗已成为宫颈癌领域的研究热点。
