摘要目的 探讨抑郁汤合并马普替林治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效.方法 采用随机对照方法 ,以马普替林为对照组,应用HAMD、HAMA、TESS量表,在治疗前后1、2、4、6周进行疗效及副反应评定.结果 抑郁汤痊愈率(63.6%)高于马普替林(45.5%),但无显著的差异(x2=0.825,P＞0.05),其显效率(81.8%)与马普替林(77.3%)相近.结论 抑郁汤抗抑郁疗效肯定,副作用少.

abstractsObjective To study the efficacy and side effects of YiYu Decoction plus maprotiline in the treatment of depressive neurosis. Methods All included patients were randomly assigned into treatment group (treated by Yiyu Decoction plus maprotiline) and control group (treated by maprotiline only). The therapeutic effects and side effects were evaluated by HAMD, HAMA and TESS scale at 1, 2, 4, and 6 weeks before and after treatment. Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 63.6%, higher than 45.5% in the control group. But there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2=0.825, P＞0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group (81.8%) was close to that of the control group　(77.3%). Condusion YiYu decoction is effective in treating depression with little side effect.
