摘要目的 观察中医辨证配合西医常规护理对施鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术的慢性鼻窦炎患者的影响.方法 对采用鼻内镜治疗的106例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规护理,观察组除西医常规护理外,配合中医辨证护理,观察其治疗效果及对健康教育的满意度.结果 观察组患者的治疗效果及对健康教育的满意度显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合护理可提高慢性鼻窦炎患者对健康教育的满意度,促进患者康复.

abstractsObjective This thesis observes the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medical nursing on the therapeutic effects of chronic sinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 106 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly recruited into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicinal syndrome differentiation care besides conventional western medical care to observe the effectiveness.Resulls The therapeutic effectiveness and the degree of satisfaction about health education in the observation group was significant better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medical care could improve the degree of satisfaction on patients with Chronic sinusitis and promote patients recovery from illness.
