摘要通过大量的临床观察和总结,发现中风患者舌象的变化规律有重要的临床意义.急性期观察舌苔、舌体,以辨病情轻重、病势顺逆;稳定期观察舌苔、舌质,以辨病机演变、病势转归;恢复期观察舌苔,兼看舌质,以辨脏腑气血变化、预防复发.

abstractsBy clinical observing and summarizing a large amount of data, we found that the regularity of tongue presentation in stroke patient has important clinical significance. In the acute stage, the tongue coating and body of tongue should be observed carefully to tell the seriousness and the tendency of a disease; in the stable stage, the tongue coating and the texture of tongue should be observed carefully to tell progress of diseases; and in the recovery stage the texture of tongue should be observed carefully to judge the changes of Qi and Xue in viscera and prevent the relapse prevention of disease.
