摘要用户的信息需求是现代图书馆的核心要素之一,是现代图书馆生存与发展的依据.在数字化、网络化环境下,电子资源正日益成为信息资源的主体.作为中医约行业中心馆的中国中医科学院图书馆,如何利用有限的经费,构建一个最优、最合理且可持续发展的中医药电子资源保障体系,是信息时代提出的新课题.本文就中医药电子资源保障体系构建目标、原则进行了探讨,并从八个方面提出了构建中医药电子资源保障体系的措施与策略.

abstractsThe user information needs, being one of the core elements in modem library, is the basis for survival and development of modern library. In the digital and network environment, the electronic resources are increasingly becoming the main part of information resources. The Library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences is the central library of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China, and therefore how to use limited funds to build an optimal, most rational and sustainable development guarantee system of TCM electronic resources is its new task in the information age. This paper discussed the objective and principles of building guarantee system of TCM electronic resources, and also put forward some measures and strategies about constructing it from eight aspects.
