换一批摘要针对疾病X,有A、B两种治疗方案,B方案取代A方案后,原本有效部分患者可能变得无效.也就是新药在有效率提高的同时,很可能将本来有效的人群被抛弃在外.本文根据疾病异质化原理,提出蛋糕分割法流程,将目前有效方案进行优化组合.采用疾病异质化治疗原则将取代目前疗效最好的方药,形成新的治疗方案.

abstractsThere are two treatments of A and B for disease X,if B replaced A,some patients that effective originally may become invalid.That is,the new drugs can increase the efficiency but may keep the effective patients out of the crowd at the same time.In this paper,we put forward the method of cake segmentation based on the principle of diseases' heterogeneity,optimize and make up the effective programs at present.The treatment based on diseases' heterogeneity will replace the best medicines currently,and format new treatments.
