摘要目的:建立鼻敏感丸中木兰脂素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60);检测波长为278 nm;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果木兰脂素在0.117~2.340μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99994);平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.9%。结论本方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于鼻敏感丸的质量控制。

abstractsObjective To develop a method for determination of magnolin in Bimingan Pellets. Methods HPLC was adopted for determination by using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water(40∶60) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results The method was linear in the range of 0.117~2.340 μg for the injection volume of magnolin(r=0.999 94), and the average recovery was 99.4%, RSD=1.9%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible for the quality control of Bimingan Pellets.
