摘要布鲁氏菌病为传染性人畜共患疾病，具有发病隐匿、迁延难愈等特点。中医药作为一种辅助治疗手段，可较好地改善布鲁氏菌病相应症状，但目前缺乏规范且统一的辨证诊疗体系。本文结合布鲁氏菌病基础研究及中医文献资料，提出布鲁氏菌病的核心病机以“湿热毒蕴，正虚邪伏”为主，“扶正祛邪”为其基本治则，总结本病急性期、慢性期及后遗症期中医证候规律，旨在为布鲁氏菌病的中医药学术研究和临床应用提供参考。

abstractsBrucellosis, a globally prevalent zoonotic infectious disease, is characterized by insidious onset and a protracted disease course. TCM serves as a complementary therapeutic approach, improving the symptoms of brucellosis. However, no standardized and unified pattern differentiation and treatment system for brucellosis has been established to date. This article integrated fundamental research on brucellosis with TCM literature, proposed that the core pathogenesis of brucellosis centers on "accumulation of dampness, heat and toxins with underlying vital qi deficiency and latent pathogens", with "reinforcing vital qi and eliminating pathogens" as its basic principle of treatment, summarized the patterns of TCM syndromes observed during the acute, chronic, and sequela stages, in order to provide a reference for both academic research and clinical application of TCM in managing brucellosis.
