The influence of inflammatory factor and immune function in children with mesenteric cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery
摘要Objective:To explore the influence of inflammatory factor and immune function in children with mesenteric cyst treated by laparoscopic surgery. Methods:Retrospectively studied 80 cases mesenteric cyst children, they were divided into laparoscopy group (n=45) and laparotomy group (n=35) according to different treatment methods, children in laparoscopy group was treated with laparoscopic surgery while children in laparotomy group was treated with open operation, tested tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6) ,c-reactive protein (CRP) and peripheral blood T cell subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+percentage before and 1 d, 3 d and 7 d after after postoperative. Results: The inflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in two groups after postoperative were first rising after falling, the inflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP after each time point of comparison in laparoscopic group were significantly lower than laparoscopic group, the difference was statistically significant; The immune function indexes CD3+, CD4+ in two groups after postoperative were first falling after rising (P<0.05), CD8+ was first rising after falling, the immune function indexes CD3+, CD4+ after each time point of comparison in laparoscopic group were significantly higher than laparoscopic group, CD8+was significantly lower than laparoscopic group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Surgery in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric cyst can cause damage to tissue, causing inflammation and immune suppression, laparoscopic surgical trauma, inflammation and immune suppression is more mild, and rapid recovery, is worthy of reference for clinical.
