Effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate on serum indexes and immune response in patients with Parkinson's disease
摘要Objective:To study the effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate on serum indexes and immune response in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods:A total of 94 patients with Parkinson's disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital between March 2012 and December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation who received monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate treatment group and control group who received monosialot etrahexosylganglioside sodium monotherapy, and the levels of CD4+T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood as well as the levels of cytokines and nerve injury molecules in serum were determined.Results:CD4+CD45RA+ naive T cell and CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ regulatory T cell levels in peripheral blood of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group while CD4+CD45RO+ memory T cell level in peripheral blood was significantly lower than that of control group; serum IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-17 as well as NSE and S100βlevels were significantly lower than those of control group while serum IL-4 and IL-10 as well as Aβ1-42 and BDNF levels were significantly higher than those of control group. Conclusions: Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate treatment of PD can adjust the immune function and reduce the inflammatory injury and immune injury of the neurons.
