换一批川、黔、渝几所医院土生角蛋白降解真菌多样性分析
Diversity of keratin-degrading fungi in soil samples from several hospitals in Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing, Southwest China
摘要采用毛发钓饵技术,从几所医院采集的土样中分离获得角蛋白降解真菌774株.通过形态学特征、生物条码数据系统(Barcode of Life Data Systems)、UNITE数据库、CBS数据库和分子系统学分析的多途径方法,将这些菌株鉴定为31属58种.结合文献和ISHAM (International Society for Human and Animal Mycology) rDNA-ITS数据库的分析结果表明,链格孢属Alternaria、曲霉属Aspergillus、毛壳属Chaetomium、芽枝霉属Cladosporium、镰刀菌属Fusarium、地丝霉属Geomyces、地霉属Geotrichum、小孢属Microsporum、青霉属Penicillium、紫霉属Purpureocillium、篮状菌属Talaromyces、木霉属Trichoderma和毛癣菌属Trichophyton共13个属中的20种512株真菌对人类具有潜在感染风险.
