摘要目的 以普通人群为对照,探讨口腔正畸患者的体像障碍发生率的情况.方法 采用体像自评问卷对297例口腔正畸患者和433例普通人群进行测试.结果 ① 正畸患者中体像障碍发生率(13.8%)高于普通人群(8.77%),P=0.032.②正畸组中不同性别和年龄的患者体像障碍的发生率没有差异.③ 正畸患者中学历高者体像障碍发生率较高.结论 正畸患者有着较高的体像障碍发生率,其人群分布与对照组存在差异.

abstractsObjective To investigate the incidence of body image disturbance in orthodontics patients. Methods Two hundred and ninety-seven orthodontic patients and 433 ordinary people was assessed using body image questionnaire. Results ① The incidence of body image disturbance in orthodontic patients was higher than the ordinary people. ② No significant difference was found in incidence of body image disturbance in different gender and age groups in orthodontic patients. ③ The incidence of body image disturbance was increased with the education level increased in orthodontic patients. Conclusions Compared with the ordinary people, the orthodontic patients had a higher incidence of body image disturbance.
