摘要近年来,隐形矫治技术成为正畸临床及科研领域的热点.本篇综述探讨了隐形矫治器对牙齿移动的控制和当今隐形矫治的临床应用,以及矫治过程中常见的并发症.根据现有的文献,隐形矫治在压低牙齿、牙齿倾斜和控制磨牙远中移动方面效率较高,但实现牙齿伸长、旋转以及转矩的控制有一定难度.临床一般用于简单错(牙合)畸形的矫治.也有配合附件和辅助装置治疗开(牙合)、Ⅱ/Ⅲ类错(牙合)等复杂病例的报道.此外,隐形矫治出现牙根吸收与固定矫治相似,但治疗中牙周健康指数有显著改善.

abstractsClear aligner treatment (CAT) is becoming a hotspot in orthodontic practice and investigation.This review discusses tooth movement,complications and present clinical applications of the treatment.According to existing researches,CAT performs better in intrusion,tipping and molar distalization,But has difficulties in extrusion,rotation and torque controlling.Simple malocclusion is the most common indications for CAT.However,complicated cases such as openbite,Class Ⅱ/Ⅲ malocclusion treated with aligners combining attachments and auxiliaries have been reported.Moreover,a similar external root resorption predisposition was identified using either aligners or fixed appliances,but periodontal health indexes were significantly improved in CAT.
