用于隐形矫治器聚氨酯材料的综合性能评价
A review on comprehensive properties of the polyurethane material used in clear aligners
摘要隐形矫治是利用计算机辅助设计,实现美观、舒适正畸治疗的新型矫治技术,其透明、可摘戴的牙列包裹型高分子材料矫治器一般需要每副在患者口内佩戴约两周,总疗程与传统固定矫治相似,依病情从数月至数年不等.为全面了解矫治器材料的性能,本文就隐形矫治器的化学组成及口内稳定性,可能的口内细胞毒性,口内环境对矫治器性能的影响,及与矫治器相关的菌斑及卫生控制等生物学相关问题,对用于隐形矫治器的聚氨酯材料做一综述.

abstractsThe clear aligner system is an aesthetic,comfortable,effective orthodontic treatment method using computer-aided modeling technologies.This system is based on using removable clear aligners made of translucent thermoplastic materials to fit over the dentition.The clear aligners are conventionally worn on a biweekly regimen and the total treatment course is similar to the traditional fixed appliances,ranging from months to years.To fully understand the properties of the aligner,this article provides a review on polyurethane material used in clear aligners from the aspects of the chemical composition,intraoral stability,potential cytotoxic effects,intraoral aging effects on mechanical properties,as well as the plaque control and oral hygiene issues.
