颊侧多曲簧近中水平曲打开后双侧垂直向矫治力的实验研究
An experimental study on the bilateral vertical correction forces after opening mesial-horizontal loop of the Buccal Multiloop Appliance
摘要目的 研究颊侧多曲簧活动矫治器开闭口过程双侧打开近中水平曲后垂直向分力值变化规律.方法 应用双侧颊侧多曲簧空间三维测力仪模拟开闭口运动,测量并记录颊侧多曲簧矫治器打开近中水平曲后双侧矫治力值;应用平衡方程式依据合力计算双侧垂直方向力值.结果 1.将双侧颊侧多曲簧近中水平曲打开后,开闭口运动过程中产生的矫治力值双侧存在差异;左侧闭口位时垂直向最大压力均值(387.82±8.79)g,开口度为30 mm时,垂直向最大拉力均值(230.742±13.35)g;右侧闭口位时垂直向最大压力均值(318.654±14.17)g,开口度为30 mm时,垂直向最大拉力均值(317.386±42.28) g;2.打开矫治器近中水平曲,对矫治力值有明显影响.结论 临床应用中应根据患者的情况调整固位管粘结位置、水平距离及调控两侧颊曲多曲簧的弹力值,同时嘱患者尽量长时间闭口,控制开口度,不要超过15 mm,以提高疗效.打开近中水平曲时上下颌托间形成一个反息止颌间隙,闭口位时会产生压后牙向龈方的作用效果,对于因上颌后部牙槽过高而形成的开(牙合)伴反(牙合)病例有矫治意义;开口时,最大脱位力值有所减小,有利于矫治器的固位.

abstractsObjective To investigate the pattern of the vertical force variation after bilateral opening the mesial-horizontal loop of the buccal multi-loop appliance during the mouth opening and closing process.Methods The bilateral buccal multi-loop three-dimensional space electrical resistance load-gauge was used to simulate the opening and closing movement of the mouth.Bilateral forces are measured and recorded after opening the mesial-horizontal loop of the buccal multi-loop appliance.The equilibrium equation was used to calculate the forces in the bilateral vertical direction.Results 1.There was a difference in the correction force produced during the opening and closing of the left and right buccal multi-loop appliance in the left and right sides of the experiment.In the left side,the maximum pressure mean value of the vertical component of force was 387.82 ±8.79 g at the closing positions,and it was 230.742±13.35 g with 30 mm mouth opening.In the right side,the maximum pressure mean value of the vertical component of force was 318.654± 14.17 g in the closing positons,and it was 317.386±42.28 g with the 30mm opening.2.The opening of appliance of mesial-horizontal loop had a significant effect on orthodontics force value.Conclusions We should adjust the bonding position of the fixed tube,horizontal distance and the elasticity value of the bilateral buccal multi-loop according to patient malocclusion.Meanwhile,in order to improve treatment effciency,patients need to close the mouth for a long time and control the opening degree to within 15mm.There will be a counter freeway space formed between the intermaxillary jaw after opening the mesial-horizontal loop.In closing positions,the gap has the effect of intruding the posterior teeth,which is effective in treating cases with open bite combining cross bite caused by the high posterior maxillary alveolar bone.In opening positions,the value of maximum dislocation force is declined,which can improve the retention of the buccal multi-loop appliance.
