摘要HBV再激活与血液系统恶性肿瘤/造血干细胞移植(haematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT)患者的高发病率和病死率相关,但关于这个问题的证据是有限的.本指南将提供该类患者的HBV筛查、监测、预防、治疗和疫苗接种的建议.综合意大利不同医学领域学会在同期刊物发表的关于血液病患者和接受HSCT患者HBV感染的系统文献综述(至2016年12月31日)总结出该指南.本指南根据GRADE证据质量分级和推荐强度系统对每个建议的质量进行分级(表1).
