Component blood salvage success case of liver cirrhosis with esophageal varices rupture
摘要To analyze of the effect of component blood transfusion in the patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices,in order to better guide clinical rational use of component transfusion.The typical case with cirrhosis and esophageal varices received cold precipitation,platelet and other components of blood transfusion in our hospital were selected and analyzed.The patient recovered and discharged from hospital successfully.The curative effect of the treatment in patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices was significant.It should be noted that save blood resources and provide help for clinical rational use of blood.
