摘要Clinically, pulmonary embolism (PE) mostly comes from the lower extremity deep vein system, but if such patients have no evidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT),other sources of emboli should be considered. It is very rare that embolus comes from the right heart system (in situ thrombosis).[1] Isolated right ventricular noncompaction (iRVNC) can cause PE,but it has not been reported so far.
