摘要目的 探讨喉返神经(RLN)显露在甲状腺全切除术中的意义.方法 回顾分析2006年12月至2008年12月间116例主动显露201侧RLN的甲状腺全切除术资料.结果 116例甲状腺疾病均行甲状腺全切除术.术中均成功显露双侧或单侧RLN,其中1例右侧非返RLN.RLN永久性损伤0例,暂时性损伤0例,永久损伤率为0.结论 甲状腺全切除术中应常规在甲状腺下动脉周围寻找RLN,主动显露RLN可避免其损伤发生,并可提高甲状腺癌手术的彻底性.

abstractsObjective To investigate the significance and the effect of exposing recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN)in total thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 201 laryngeal nerves were exposed in 116 cases total thyroidectomy from December 2006 to December 2008.The patients'data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Unilateral or bilateral RLN were exposed successfully during operation,including one case of right non recuurent RLN.No Permanent or temporary RLN injury occured.RLN injury rate was 0.Conclusions During total thyroidectomy for thyroid diseases,RLNs should be dissected routinely around the inferior thyroid artery.The exposure of RLN can avoid the morbidity of the nerve injury.
