摘要目的 探讨胰腺移植中血管的分配和重建.方法 采用腹部器官联合切取法完成40例尸体供胰的切取和修整,行胰肾联合移植术.结果 腹腔多器官联合切取平均热缺血时间3.2(2～ 5) min,所有供器官、血管无损伤,修整时未发现变异肝动脉.2例行胰腺切除术,1例术后1周因肠瘘致腹腔感染胰腺切除,1例术后2d胰腺静脉血栓形成切除胰腺.结论 胰腺修整中,血管的分配及重建胃十二指肠动脉有重要的意义.

abstractsObjective To explore the technique of allocation and rebuilt of vessels of donor pancreas during pancreas-kidney transplantation.Methods Multiple abdominal organs were successfully retrieved from 40 donors.Results Excision of donor abdominal organs was successful in all the 40 cases.The average warm ischemic time was no 3.2 min,ranging from 2 min to 5 min.No injury occurred in any of the donor organs or vessels.After transplantation,2 patients lost the transplant,one because of abdominal infection,and the other because of venous thrombosis.Conclusion A good trim or rebuilt of donor pancreas vessels is one of the key points for successful combined pancreas-kidney transplantation.
