摘要乳腺癌是人群中最常见的恶性肿瘤，年轻乳腺癌患者的发生率正逐渐上升。随着患者对肿瘤切除术后美容效果的要求不断提高，传统的保乳术已不能满足患者的疾病治疗需求。乳腺癌保乳整形手术已被证实肿瘤学安全性，但目前还存在很多不完善的地方。因而，为乳腺癌肿瘤保乳整形技术完善丰富的、可重复性的术式方法，对外科医生和患者来说都是至关重要的。

abstractsBreast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the population, and the incidence of young breast cancer patients is gradually increasing. With the increasing requirements of patients for cosmetic effect after tumor resection, the traditional breast conserving surgery can no longer meet the treatment needs of patients. Breast-conserving plastic surgery for breast cancer has been proved to be safe in oncology, but there are still many deficiencies. Therefore, it is very important for surgeons and patients to develop unified and repeatable standard guidelines for breast-conserving plastic surgery of breast cancer.
