Discussion on understanding of the essence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from the definitions of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in GOLD over the years
摘要本文从复习历年来慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)全球创议(Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease,GOLD)对COPD的定义出发,从中可见对于COPD本质的认识逐渐深化和全面.但是必须承认对于COPD的定义仍存在某些不足之处,包括气道炎症、发病病因、疾病异质性等方面,最后强调COPD的共病诊断和干预,需要多学科协作.
