摘要"百病生于气",气机的升降出入不畅往往是内伤杂病产生的关键,其中脾胃为三焦升降之枢纽,少阳为内外阴阳出入之枢纽,基于肝脾二者在生克五行和中土五行中存在相生相克的复杂关系,应用"双枢同调"的治疗原则,以柴平汤加减治疗内伤杂病,疏肝健脾,调畅人体气机,恢复人体阴平阳秘,对于临床上多种内伤杂病的治疗具有较好疗效.
