换一批浅析上海中医门诊大病医保的管理实践难点
Dififculties ofthe management practicesfor the health insurance of critical illness in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai
摘要自2013年5月起，上海市政府将恶性肿瘤患者门诊大病医保的中医治疗项目的年限从原来的18个月延长至5年，而在政策实施过程中存在中西结合科的处方结算超中医大病范围支付的问题。本文以我院为例，分析其原因，建议通过自查整改的方式，将错误率降至最低，并不断完善监管模式，确保有效地落实医保政策，维护医保基金的合理支出。
