摘要通过梳理《伤寒杂病论》条文发现下瘀法的核心药组为大黄-桃仁或芍药(或为赤芍)-桃仁,并获得下瘀血汤、抵当汤(丸)、桃核承气汤、大黄牡丹汤、大黄?虫丸、鳖甲煎丸、桂枝茯苓丸8首下瘀方;通过概括下瘀方的证候特点,分析各方特色,进而从下瘀角度探讨前列腺癌血瘀证的经方治疗思路.
