换一批摘要Pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)is a life-threatening infection characterized by hepatic parenchymal suppurative necrosis,with biliary diseases(55％),hematogenous spread(12％),and cryptogenic origins(25.7％)as the main etiologies.[1,2]Odontogenic liver abscess(OLA)is an extremely rare subtype of PLA.We present a case of OLA diagnosed by metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)and successfully treated with percutaneous drainage and targeted antibiotics.
