摘要笔者根据临床观察及文献查阅,发现大肠癌的发生发展与湿热瘀毒郁结损伤机体阳气相关,进而从中西医结合角度提出肿瘤疾病的发生是机体损伤反应的积累,为机体湿、热、痰、瘀等病理因素长期胶结,蕴而成毒,损伤机体阳气,导致癌瘤发生,并论述了扶阳法应贯穿肿瘤治疗的始终.
