换一批高校思政课教学名师培养现状及启示——以山西省思政课教学名师为例

摘要运用内容分析法对高校思政课教学名师相关情况进行分析,发现性别、教龄、学历、专业、行政职务、任职时间、受影响的人或事、基本要素等方面对名师的成长和作用的发挥产生一定的影响.因此,高校思政课教学名师的培养需要提高教学地位,开拓发展空间,搭建体制平台,将名师选拔对象扩大至全体教师.
