血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病时的变化
Changes of endothelin and calcitonin in gene-related peptide in newborns with hypoxic and ischemic encephalopatlhy
摘要目的:探求内皮素(Endothelin,ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin in gene-related peptide,CGRP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时的变化。方法:用放免法动态监测了18例HIE儿出生d1、d5血浆ET、CGRP的浓度,并与18例对照组比较。结果:HIE组血浆ET、CGRP水平出生d1比对照组显著升高,经治疗5d后较前显著下降,治疗前后ET与CGRP呈正相关性。结论:HIE时因缺氧缺血ET产生释放增多,CGRP因对ET有拮抗作用,在HIE时的升高可能是一种代偿机制。

abstractsObjectives:To observe the changes of Endothelin (ET) and calcitonin in gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the newborns with HIE.Methods:The concentration of ET and CGRP were detected in 18 patients with radioimmunoassay on the first and fifth day after birth respectively compared with 18 healthy babies in control group.Results:The levels of ET and CGRP were significantly higher in patients than in controls on the first day and then declined on the fifth day. A positive correlation between pre-treatment and post treatment of both ET and CGRP,was found.Conclusion:More ET was produced and released in hypoxic ischemic situation, and the raising concentration of CGRP may be a complementary mechanism because CGRP possesses a function that can resist the action of ET.
