摘要先天巨细胞病毒感染及早产儿特别是极低出生体质量儿围生期巨细胞病毒感染对患儿威胁较大.先天症状性感染和围生期重症感染易导致患儿永久性损伤,其他大部分患儿为无症状性感染,仍需重视对新生儿期不同状况巨细胞病毒感染患儿的科学管理.现重点对新生儿巨细胞病毒感染状况、临床特点、病原学诊断方法、治疗指征、治疗方案及排毒母乳的处理方法等进行介绍.

abstractsCongenital infection of cytomegalovirus(CmV)of neonates and perinatal infection in preterm infants could be hazardous,especially for very low birth weight(VLBW)infants. Some permanent sequelae might occur in most symptomatic congenital infection and severe perinatal infection cases. However,most of the CmV infection in neonates is subclinical. It is still important to take appropriate measures to deal with different neonatal CmV infection situations. This article was focused on the epidemiology of neonatal CmV infection,clinical characteristics after infection,diagnosis of the pathogen,indications for treatment and the methods for processing the breast milk with virus.
