摘要肺功能检查是评估临床胸部、肺部疾病及呼吸生理的重要手段，已广泛应用于儿童呼吸系统和肺外疾病的辅助诊断及病情监测。肺功能检查过程中患儿用力呼气、咳嗽等有可能导致医源性感染。目前我国各地儿童肺功能室所采取的感染防控措施不尽相同，缺乏统一的策略和规范。因此，有必要明确肺功能检查过程中可能存在的感染风险，实施规范的感染防控措施，最大限度避免因肺功能检查而导致的感染。为此，由国内在儿童肺功能和感染防控方面经验丰富的肺功能、呼吸、感染等领域的专家共同制定本共识，从肺功能室环境管理、人员管理、日常检查过程管理、特殊患儿管理、肺功能仪器消毒、呼吸过滤器使用等方面阐释感染的防控，旨在降低儿童肺功能检查的感染风险，提供安全的工作和检查环境。

abstractsPulmonary function testing plays a crucial role in the evaluation of thoracic and lung diseases and respiratory physiology, and it has been widely used in the auxiliary diagnosis and monitoring of pediatric pulmonary and extrapulmonary diseases.During the pulmonary function testing, patients need exhale hardly and cough, which may cause nosocomial infection.However, the infection prevention and control procedures taken by different laboratory are different, and there is still a lack of unified measures and standards.It is therefore imperative to identify the risks of no-socomial infection during pediatric pulmonary function testing and implement standardized infection control procedures, which will help reduce the risk to a bare minimum.Many experts with experience on pediatric pulmonary function testing and infection control from the field of pulmonary function, pulmonary and infection are organized to develop the consensus.The consensus has attempted to suggest some relevant and useful infection control measures with regard to laboratory, patients, disinfection of equipment and use of filters, to help minimize the risk of cross infections during pediatric pulmonary function testing and provide a safe working and testing condition.
