摘要目的 了解子宫颈癌化疗患者健康教育需求的现状,以便采取个体化健康教育,提高患者的生活质量,也为医院针对性地进行健康教育提供依据.方法 对68例子宫颈癌化疗患者进行健康教育需求的问卷调查.结果 子宫颈癌化疗患者对健康教育有普遍需求,了解治疗方案与效果占强烈需求首位.住院次数不同、年龄不同的患者对健康教育需求侧重点不同.子宫颈癌化疗患者对健康教育形式的需求中首位是医护口头宣教.结论 宫颈癌化疗患者的健康知识缺乏,希望得到检查治疗、康复指导等健康教育,护士应有针对性、有计划性地对子宫颈癌化疗患者实施阶段性、个性化的健康教育,才能满足患者的健康需求,全面提高生活质量.

abstractsObjective To understand the status quo of health education requirement of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, in order to take individualized health education to improve the quality of life of patients, as well as provide basis for hospitals to conduct targeted health education. Methods 68 cases of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were investigated with health education questionnaire. Results Cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were in general needs of health education, to understand the treatment protocol and effect came to the first place of strong demand. Patients with different times of hospitalization, different age had different emphasis point for health education needs. The most popular education style was oral education. Conclusions Cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy lack knowledge of health education, they hope to obtain health education about examination, treatment and rehabilitation. Nurses should give targeted, planned and individualized health education in order to meet the health needs of patients and improve their quality of life.
