瑜伽放松训练对改善抑郁症患者焦虑和躯体化症状的效果观察
Effect of YOGA relaxation on anxiety and somatic symptoms in patients with depression
摘要目的 探讨瑜伽放松训练改善抑郁症患者焦虑情绪和躯体化症状的效果.方法 将60例住院抑郁症患者随机分为对照组(药物治疗)和观察组(药物治疗加瑜伽放松训练)各30例,分别于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2组患者进行评定.结果 治疗前,观察组、对照组HAMD量表总分、各因子分比较无显著差异,治疗后第2、4周末,观察组、对照组焦虑/躯体化、睡眠障碍、绝望感等因子分比较差异显著.结论 瑜伽放松训练能有效改善抑郁症患者的焦虑情绪和躯体化症状,提高睡眠质量.

abstractsObjective To explore the effects of YOGA relaxation on anxiety and somatic symptoms in patients with depression. Methods 60 inpatients with depression were ctegorized into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group. HAMD scale were scored before and after medication (2,4,8 weeks). Results Before medication, there was no statistical differenoe between two groups in HAMD total score and subscores, but the difference was obvious in anxiety and somatic, sleep disturbance and hopelessness subscore at the end of the second and 4th week. Conclusions YOGA relaxation can improve anxiety emotion and somatic symptoms, enhance sleep quality in patients with depression.
