人性化管理对降低护士压力及工作满意度的效果评价
Evaluation of effect of humanized management on pressure reduction of nurses and working satisfaction degree
摘要目的 探究人性化管理对降低护士压力以及提高工作满意度的影响.方法 在护理工作中实施人性化护理.选取我院全体护士120名为研究对象,并在实施前后各选择100例患者,对比实施人性化管理前后护士心理压力程度的变化,以及患者对护士工作满意度的变化.结果 实施人性化管理后护士的心理压力偏高率8.3%,显著低于人性化管理前的57.5%,实施人性化管理后的患者非常满意度为63.0%,显著高于人性化管理前的16.0%.结论 人性化管理可以显著降低护士的工作压力,同时能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度,效果显著,值得推广.

Methods Humanized management was implemented in our hospital.120 nurses were enrolled into the study,and 100 patients before and 100 patients after the implementation were selected.The psychological stress of nurses and the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work were compared before and after the implementation of humanized management. Results The high rate of psychological stress of nurses after humanized management was 8.3%,significantly lower than that before the implementation (57.5%).The very satisfaction degree of patients was 63.0% after humanized management,significantly higher than that before the implementation (16.0%). Conclusions Humanized management can significantly reduce the working pressure of nurses,and at the same time can improve the satisfaction degree of patients.The effect is significant,and is worthy of promotion.
