摘要目的 探讨脊髓损伤(SCI)患者照顾者照顾负担的真实情况.方法 采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,以半结构访谈法收集江西地区15例脊髓损伤患者家庭照顾者资料,并以Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料.结果 归纳出4个主题:社会支持系统薄弱,经济负担沉重,照顾能力不足,身心疲惫；其中身心疲惫包括体力透支、生活方式改变、悲伤/无助感3个次主题.结论 脊髓损伤患者照顾者照顾负担沉重,包括社会、身体、心理、照顾能力不足4个方面的负担,护理工作者应关注照顾者的健康状况,针对性地进行护理干预,使照顾者较好地适应照顾者角色,从而维持和促进患者及其所在家庭的高水平的健康.

abstractsObjective To investigate the real situation of the burden of the caregivers who take care of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Using phenomenological research methods of qualitative study,information of 15 family caregivers of patients with spinal cord injury were collected through semi-structured interviews in Jiangxi province,and data were analyzed with Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Four themes were summarized:weak social support system,heavy economic burden,insufficient care ability,mental and physical exhaustion; mental and physical exhaustion concluded three sub-themes:burnout,lifestyle changes,sad/helplessness.Conclusions Care burden of caregivers of patients with spinal cord injury includes four aspects:social,physical,psychological,and less caring capacity.Care workers should be concerned about the health status of the caregivers,give targeted care intervention,so that caregivers can be adapted to the caregivers' role,maintain and promote a high level of health of the patients and their families.
