摘要目的 探讨上海市造口治疗师的工作体验和需求.方法 采用现象学研究方法,于2012年11月至2013年9月对上海市9名造口治疗师进行深入访谈,采用归纳式代码和编码的方法对访谈资料进行分析.结果 造口治疗师的工作体验提炼为五大主题:责任与使命感,自豪感,成就感,无助感,满足感.开展造口专科护理工作初期,造口治疗师面临诸多困难,但强烈的责任与使命感坚定了她们的职业信念;造口专科护理工作促进了造口治疗师的成长,实现其自身价值.结论 医院管理者应重视她们在工作中遇到的难题,充分考虑并给予充足的资源投入,用于造口治疗师培养、工作及发展的各个环节,帮助她们快速地成长与发展.

abstractsObjective To describe the work experience and needs of enterostomal therapist in Shanghai.Methods Phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study.In-depth interview was conducted on 9 enterostomal therapists.Data were analyzed by inductive codes and coding methods.Results Five themes were extracted,including responsibility and mission,pride,accomplishment,helplessness,and satisfaction.When they began their new jobs,they confronted many challenges,but they conquered them with responsibility and mission.Finally,they felt growing up and harvested a lot during this time.Conclusions Hospital managers should pay attention to problems they encountered in their work and provide necessary supports for their training,work and development.
