换一批摘要精神科护士更容易遭受患者暴力攻击.暴露于患者攻击或潜在攻击的压力以创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的方式影响护士心理状态.本文从患者暴力对精神科护士的非躯体化影响、精神科护士PTSD的危险因素及应对方法等方面进行分析总结,以期为临床精神科护士有效应对PTSD提供依据.

abstractsPsychiatric nurses are subjected to a high rate of assault by patients.The stress of exposure to assault or potential assault appears to impact nurses emotional states in the form of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).This study analyzed and summarized from the aspects of non somatization influence of patients' assault on psychiatric nurses and the risk factors and coping styles of PTSD in psychiatric nurses in order to supply reference for psychiatric nurses to cope with PTSD effectively.
