层次分析法构建护士工作满意度评价指标体系
Construction of the nurse job satisfaction evaluation index system with analytic hierarchy process
摘要目的:运用层次分析法构建护士工作满意度指标评价体系,为护理管理者管理工作提供理论依据。方法运用半结构性访谈及文献回顾的方法,初步制订护士满意度评价指标体系,运用德尔菲法进行专家咨询,确立三级指标体系并进行权重、最大特征值及权向量的计算,进行一致性检验,判断指标一致性。结果确立4个一级指标,13个二级指标,39个三级指标。一级指标权重1.6300~3.2800,权向量值0.038~0.616,最大特征值4.231;二级指标权重0.4494~1.4723,权向量值0.045~0.750,最大特征值6.226;三级指标权重0.0913~0.7839,权向量值0.041~0.875,最大特征值4.176。矩阵一致性指标值为0.000~0.077,一致性比率<0.1。结论该指标体系层次分明,结构清晰,权重合理,内容全面,为护理管理者进行护士工作满意度评价提供理论依据。

Methods Semi-structured interviews and literature review were used in establishing the preliminary nurse job satisfaction evaluation index system.The Delphi method was applied in expert consultation and a three-level index system was established, the weight, the largest eigenvalue and the weight vector were all calculated. Index consistency was inspected. Conclusions With distinct gradation,clear structure, reasonable weight and rich content, the index system provides a theoretical basis for the nurse job satisfaction evaluation.
