腿围快速定位测量装置的设计与运用
Design and application of a rapid positioning and measuring device for leg circumference
摘要目的:探讨腿围快速定位测量装置在危重症患者测量腿围中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8—11月在杭州市第一人民医院ICU 50例卧床患者为研究对象,在同一时间段分别采用2种方法对同一患者进行腿围测量。传统法使用皮尺测量腿围,改良法使用腿围快速定位测量装置测量腿围。比较2种测量方法所用平均总定位时间、平均总测量时间、平均测量数据差值及护士满意度。结果:改良法腿围测量总定位时间和总测量时间分别为(15.2 ± 3.3)、(34.0 ± 3.9) s,均短于传统法的(29.0 ± 3.1)、(79.1 ± 4.9) s,差异有统计学意义( t=21.43、50.93,均 P<0.05);改良法髌骨中点上15 cm和髌骨中点下10 cm测量数据差值分别为(1.27 ± 0.67)、(0.93 ± 0.31) mm,均小于传统法的(8.82 ± 3.28)、(7.94 ± 2.11) mm,差异有统计学意义( t=28.66、23.42,均 P<0.05);改良法护士满意度为96.0%(48/50),高于传统法的36.0%(18/50),差异有统计学意义( Z=5.78, P<0.05)。 结论:本研究设计的腿围测量装置在卧床Caprini评分为高危风险患者中应用能有效节约腿围测量时间,提高护理人员满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the application effect of rapid leg circumference positioning measuring device in critical ill patients.Methods:From August 2021 to November 2021, selected 50 patients in ICU of Hangzhou First People′s Hospital. Two methods to measure the leg circumference of the same patient at the same time were used. The traditional method used a tape measure to measure the leg circumference, while the improved method used the rapid positioning and measuring device of leg circumference to measure the leg circumference. the average total positioning time, average total measurement time, average measurement difference and nurses′ satisfaction were compared.Results:The total positioning time and total measurement time of the improved method were respectively (15.2 ± 3.3) s and (34.0 ± 3.9) s, which were shorter than the traditional method (29.0 ± 3.1) s, (79.1 ± 4.9) s, the differences were statistically significant ( t=50.93, 21.43, P<0.05). The measured data difference between 15 cm above patella and 10 cm below patella of the improved method was (1.27 ± 0.67) mm, (0.93 ± 0.31) mm, which were less than the traditional method (8.82 ± 3.28) mm and (7.94 ± 2.11) mm, the differences were statistically significant ( t=28.66, 23.42, P<0.05). Nurses′satisfaction in the improved method was 96.0% (48/50), which was higher than 36% (18/50) in the traditional method, and the difference was statistically significant ( Z=5.78, P<0.05). Conclusions:The leg circumference measurement device designed in this study can effectively save the leg circumference measurement time, quickly and accurately, increase the comfort of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients and nursing staff. It is worthy of clinical application.
