换一批摘要笔者就健康行为改变整合理论的提出、进展及国内外应用现状展开综述，为提高我国居民的健康素养，转变不良行为，获得健康结局提供理论基石，同时为健康教育指导模式提供可实施的理论基础，以期为患者改变不良行为，强化居民健康行为等提供科学性的建议。

abstractsThis paper reviewed the progress and application of the integration theory of health behavior change, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health literacy of Chinese residents, changing bad behavior and obtaining health outcomes. At the same time, it provides an implementable theoretical basis for the guidance model of health education, in order to provide theoretical suggestions for patients to change bad behavior and residents to strengthen health behavior.
