换一批威伐光系统治疗类风湿关节炎合并下肢皮肤溃疡:1例报道并文献复习
The treatment of skin ulcer in lower extremity with Water-Filtered Infrared A in the patient with rheumatoid arthritis:1 case report and literature review
摘要下肢溃疡是类风湿关节炎(RA)的一种并发症,而类风湿性血管炎(RV)在RA诸多发病因素中扮演了重要角色.随着更多的抗风湿药物的应用,类风湿性血管炎性下肢溃疡发病率也有所下降.除了药物治疗外,威伐光系统(wIRA)在溃疡的治疗中也有帮助.本文报告l例男性类风湿性血管炎合并下肢皮肤溃疡患者,经wlRA照射治疗后显著改善.

abstractsLower limb ulcer is a recognized complication of rheumatoid arthritis (RA),in which rheumatoid vasculitis (RV) plays an important role in the multifactorial pathogenesis.Their morbidity declined since the application of many antirheumatic drugs.In addition to medication,Water-Filtered Infrared A (wIRA) is also helpful to the treatment of ulcer.This paper reports one case of a male patient with rheumatoid vasculitis and skin ulcer in lower extremity,which significantly improved by the treatment of wIRA therapy.
