摘要目的 观察温通刮痧疗法治疗颈源性头痛的近期疗效.方法 收集2017年6月至2018年10月在广州中医药大学第三附属医院骨科门诊就诊的颈源性头痛患者80例,采用抽签法随机分为牛角板刮痧组(BS组)和温通刮痧组(WS组),每组40例.BS组患者采用牛角刮痧板循经刮痧,WS组采用集艾灸、刮痧、热疗、按摩融合为一体的通络刮痧杯行温通刮痧疗法,两组患者均用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疼痛程度以及满意度问卷调查评估治疗满意度.结果 经过一个疗程(4周)治疗,BS组VAS评分为(3.2±0.4),较WS组(2.0±0.5)高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);BS组治疗有效率75.0％(27/36例),WS组有效率94.7％(36/38例),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);满意度问卷调查评分,BS组为(27.6±1.8)较WS组(44.6±1.3)低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000).结论 温通刮痧疗法能有效减轻颈源性头痛患者的疼痛,且治疗过程舒适度比牛角板刮痧法高.

abstractsObjective To observe the short-term efficacy of warming and clearing scrapping therapy for patients with cervical headache. Methods Eighty outpatients with cervical headache were randomly divided into bullhorn board scrapping group and warming and clearing scrapping group,40 cases in each group,in the Department of Orthopedics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to October 2018. The patients were treated by horn scraping plate in the bullhorn board scrapping group (BS group) according to the meridians, while the patients in warming and clearing scrapping group (WS group) were treated by moxibustion, scraping, thermotherapy and massage. The VAS and self-satisfaction questionnaire were used to assess the efficacy. Results After one course (four weeks) treatment, the VAS was 3.2±0.4 in BS group and 2.0±0.5 in WS group respectively,with statistically significant difference (P=0.000). The effective rate of treatment was 75.0％(27/36 cases)in BS group and 94.7％(36/38 cases)in WS group, with statistically significant difference (P=0.000). The self-satisfaction questionnaire were27.6 ± 1.8 in BS group, and 44.6 ± 1.3 WS group, with statistically significant (P=0.000). Conclusion The warming and clearing scrapping therapy effectively relieve the pain of patients with cervical headache, and have higher degree of comfort than that in the bullhorn scraping treatment.
