abstractsThe treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis is extremely diverse. After more than 20 years of clinical observation, it is considered that patient-controlled epidural analgesia and spinal nerve posterior branch block are unique with obvious effect for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in department of pain. Moreover, the treatment method is minimally invasive, which is easily accepted by patients with good compliance. This article will introduce our experiences about lumbar spinal stenosis, including its clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment.
