Intravenous lidocaine can strengthen perioperative analgesia, anti-inflammation and recovery during general anesthesia
摘要静脉注射利多卡因1.0~1.5 mg/kg，继而静脉输注利多卡因1~2 mg·kg -1·h -1直至术终，能加强围术期镇痛和抗炎，减少阿片类药用量和术后恶心呕吐，促进术后康复。静脉注射利多卡因可作为全麻辅助剂，使所有手术患者获益。

abstractsIntravenous lidocaine 1.0-1.5 mg/kg followed by IV lidocaine infusion at the rate of 1-2 mg·kg -1·h -1 until operation end, can strengthen perioperative analgesia and anti-inflammation, decrease postoperative nausea and vomiting, and enhance recovery after surgery. Intravenous lidocaine can be an adjuvant to general anesthesia and benefit to all surgical patients.
