换一批摘要慢性疼痛是一种复杂的神经精神疾病，其特征是感觉、认知和情感症状。研究发现慢性疼痛与多种认知功能障碍疾病的发生发展存在密切关系。而中脑边缘多巴胺系统、蓝斑去甲肾上腺素能系统和小胶质细胞结构与功能异常在此过程中起关键作用。本文就慢性疼痛与认知功能障碍共病的发生机制进行综述。

abstractsChronic pain is a complex neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by sensory, cognitive and emotional symptoms. Studies have found that chronic pain is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of cognitive disorders. The abnormal structure and function in mesencephalic limbic dopamine system, locus coeruleus norepinephrine system and microglia cells play a key role in this process. This paper reviews the mechanism of the comorbidity between chronic pain and cognitive dysfunction.
