abstractsProf. Yi Xiaobin's lecture mainly includes: 1. the concept of meticulous pain control and how to achieve meticulous pain control; 2. influencing factors and contraindications of intrathecal drug delivery systems (IDDS) implantation; 3. neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) is more common in the pain department than in other departments; 4. resiniferatoxin (RTX), one of the TRP1 agonist, has been shown to have good analgesic effects and few side effects in both animal studies and phase Ⅲ clinical studies; 5. Tao Che's team determined the active-state structures of κ-opioid receptor (κOR) in a complex with multiple G-protein heterotrimers, and introduced the structural basis and molecular biological mechanism of hallucinogenic effect, which provided a theoretical basis for designing powerful analgesic drugs and avoiding hallucinogenic addiction.
