摘要In recent years,deep learning has made tremendous progress in diagnosis assistance and prognosis prediction along with the accumulation of abundant medical data and the improvement of computer algorithms.Many studies have focused on applying deep learning to digestive system disea-ses.Studies concerning deep learning and upper gastrointestinal diseases mainly concentrate on cancer and precancerous lesions,while few studies focus on other digestive disorders.In order to better un-derstand this emerging inter-discipline,this paper reviews the ways in which deep learning may help doctors make a diagnosis or establish a prognosis and discusses its limitations,knowing that further randomized controlled studies and deeper cooperation between computer experts and doctors will be re-quired.
