换一批小槐花茎酚酸类成分的分离与结构鉴定Ⅱ
Isolation and structural identification of phenolic constituents from the stems of Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi Ⅱ
摘要目的 对小槐花[Ohwia caudata(Thunberg)H.Ohashi]茎中的酚酸类成分进行研究.方法 综合利用多种色谱法对小槐花茎中的酚酸类成分进行分离纯化,主要采用核磁共振波谱和质谱技术对其进行结构鉴定.结果 从小槐花茎中分离鉴定了salicyl alcohol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、salicylic acid(2)、salicylate glucoside(3)、methyl 2-O-β-D-glucopyr-anosylbenzoate(4)、canthoside A(5)、苦瓜酚苷 A(monordicophenoide A,6)、gentisic acid 5-O-β-D-xyloside(7)、protocate-chuic acid(8)、vanillic acid 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、hemsleyanumoide(10)、丁香酸(syringic acid,11)、丁香酸葡萄糖苷(glucosyringic acid,12)、polygalaonjiside A(13)、osmanthuside H(14)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,15)和 1-threo-guaiacylglyc-erol-8-O-β-glucopyranoside(16)等共16个酚酸类化合物.结论 化合物1、3～16均首次从小槐花属植物中分离得到.
