Thoracic aortic dissection stent implantation induced esophageal fistula and upper gastrointestinal bleeding:one case report
摘要胸主动脉夹层支架介入术后造成食管瘘并上消化道出血在临床上属罕见病例。本文通过对1例胸主动脉夹层支架术后致食管瘘并上消化道出血患者的诊治过程进行分析，并探讨发病机制，旨在提高临床医师对该病的认识，及时作出判断和治疗。
